I found about these bibs from a friend, he in turn had done likewise. Hands down these are the most comfortable bibs I’ve purchased! The sizing was spot on and I will definitely be ordering more. These came to me in Florida and delivery time was less than 1 week.
Thanks so much red white for such a great product, they are truly meant for the long hall!
So I enjoyed wearing the bibshorts on my first ride with them, it felt more supportive than some local and cheap bike brands in NZ. The delivery time was surprisingly quick from what I recall and it was packaged pretty well. I look forward to training way more in these.
Crazy to have such good quality bibs at a price that low
I ordered two pair of the entry level bibs, thinking that if, after wearing one pair for a few rides, I could return the other pair for a refund if I wasn't satisfied. Now, I want to return the other pair for the next-level bibs--that's how satisfied I am with the basic bibs. They have a very generous, well-constructed chamois, and, unlike other bibs from big-name brands, they fit me tightly (but comfortably) around the legs. At 6', 150 lbs (and with 34" inseam and a long torso) size M is ideal for me. This is a really satisfying purchase--I recommended the bibs to my riding buddy and he's bought a pair as well. Although the description says that these bibs are designed for rides of up to 3 hours, I've ridden longer and they remain comfortable.
This is my first pair of bib from RW. Honestly i was skeptical at first. Had about 8/9 rides since and I must say this is my best purchase for the year so far! I ordered size M as recommended by Yuva and it turned out perfect for my @ 173cm 68kg. The chamois has great cushioning and very comfortable. RW has done a great job of creating a quality brand that is worth paying for. I'm getting the cargo bib next :)
After a couple of emails, I ordered and received the bib shorts that fit and continue to make my spinning comfortable.
Thank you, Yuva.
I am 75 years old and don't ride much past 50 miles, so Yuva suggested I order the entry level bib and save some bucks. He also suggested I order a size large (5'11" and 175 pounds). Both of these suggestions were spot on. I love the product. It is made of very good material with wide sholder straps and a really good chamois. I have one suggestion: after you try the bib on for fit, wash it first before you ride. I didn't and after I rode with it and washed it, it was much more comfortable. The legs have a band at the bottom that absolutely keeps the legs from riding up. We live in a cold and windy climate and I have been wearing leg warmers and arm warms and these function flawlessly with the bib....everything stays in place. I like the company and the personal attention they give you and I don't think you will beat the products. I like it so much that I am going to order the stealth bib and then I will write a comparison review.
Managed to give the Entry Bib Shorts a go at my favourite climbing route, Bukit Tunku. First off, there's nothing 'entry' about the bib shorts at all. The chamois worked like a dream and performed relatively similar to my more expensive bib shorts (cue Rapha), hence it's super value for money. Will be taking it for a century ride end of this month, we'll see how well it performs.
I purchased two pair's of Bib Shorts from RedWhite Apparel in August of 2021 after months of trying to overcome saddle discomfort. Both were size XL. One pair was The Bib - Stealth, the 2nd pair was The Entry Bib Short. I'm 6'1" and was about 200-205 lbs when I ordered. Yuva provided excellent, responsive guidance on sizing. I was initially concerned as I was on the boundary between XL and 2XL. I'm very happy with my sizing choice. The fit is great for me and similar to bibs that I was able to try on before purchasing. If I had exceptionally large quads, weighed 10 lbs more or was 6'3" or taller, I'd think 2XL would have been a better choice. But the XL is just right for me. I highly recommend you reach out and take advantage of their personalized sizing help.
Of the two bibs, The Bib - Stealth is my favorite. I like the flatter chamois and flat stitched chamois edge better. But The Entry Bib Short is a quality pair of bib shorts. The materials and construction are very, very nice. The Entry Bib Short chamois is thicker and it's edge is not flat stitched in the same manner as The Bib - Stealth. That said, I have done many 2-3 hour rides and been very appreciative of the comfort. Once in a while, I start to feel the edge of the chamois after a longer ride. My skin is less tolerant of the edge construction details of The Entry Bib's chamois. I have dozens of rides in both bibs. I'm not hesitant to reach for The Entry Bibs but will look for The Bib - Stealth first for rides that are 3+ hours. I suspect if they changed the way they edge stitch The Entry Bib's chamois to match The Bib - Stealth, it would be a well received change.
I wash the bibs using a delicate garment bag, in cold water, using a small amount of mild detergent and using the extra rinse cycle to help ensure no soap remains in the garment during wear. My shorts look and function as if they are brand new despite 1000+ miles of riding on each pair and washing after each use.
I'm very happy with my bibs and have come to admire the fabulous customer service and quality operation at RedWhite Apparel.
Nice bib! Love it very much
