  1. WOULD I BE CHARGED IMPORT TAX & CUSTOMS DUTIES for my purchase?

    Customs fees and duties are not included in the prices of our products or the shipping fees. You may be charged custom fees and duties based on your country’s prevailing policies, and you are responsible for paying them. Import tax & customs duties are not refundable unfortunately.

    In the event should you choose not to pay tax nor accept the product upon delivery, RedWhite Apparel is not liable to provide a refund on grounds that terms have been clearly stated. 

  2. WHERE WOULD YOU SHIP MY ORDER FROM?

    We will be shipping your order from our HQ in Singapore. All orders are checked for quality by one of RedWhite’s Co-Founders before being dispatched to you.

  3. Do you only make bib shorts?

    RedWhite’s focus is  on designing & producing bib shorts for long-distance cycling. Bib shorts really are one of the most complex pieces of clothing a cyclist could own. It’s the only cycling soft garment that needs to support you, provide an extensive range of motion, wick sweat, keep you cool (or warm) & remain durable. Hence our focus on creating exceptional long-distance bibshorts. That being said, we are also currently working on several new products to complement our bibshorts.   4. IS YOUR ONLINE STORE SECURE ENOUGH FOR ME TO USE MY CREDIT / DEBIT CARD AT?

    The RedWhite Webstore has 3 layers of security for your peace of mind. The 1st layer of security is provided by the encrypted cloud platform on which we host our whole website on. The 2nd layer is provided by a private encryption certificate (SSL Certificate) that RedWhite has invested in. The 3rd layer is provided by the encrypted and secure payment gateway into which you’d input your credit / debit card details. This payment gateway is provided to us by Stripe. RedWhite Apparel will have no access to your credit / debit card details via this system; other than knowing what type of card was used (Master, VISA, Amex etc) and your full name + delivery address.

  5. HOW WOULD YOU SHIP YOUR BIB SHORTS TO ME?

    We ship our bibshorts for Free worldwide using International Registered AirMail via Singapore Post. Delivery within your home country will be done by your national postal service (Eg : Royal Mail, USPS, Japan Post etc). Your packages will have a tracking number by default and you may track it online. Delivery times depend on where you live. Most customers receive their bibshorts in 10-14 working days. If your package is delayed, it’s likely due to customs clearance procedures which can be lengthy in some countries.

  6. MY NATIONAL POST ISN’T RELIABLE. DO YOU HAVE A COURIER DELIVERY OPTION?

    We do! We have affordable Express Shipping available on our Webstore for North America, Europe, Australia & to select parts of Asia. If you live in a country where we don’t happen to offer Express Shipping, do contact us at yuva@redwhite.co. We’ll put together something for you. Express Shipping is provided by Aramex.com and it should take 5-7 days for parcels to reach you (half the time taken by Free Shipping)

  7. Do you simply slap on your logo onto a bib short from the catalogue of an OEM manufacturer?

    No. We design all our bib shorts from scratch. We started by selecting a suitable chamois and then we designed a bib short pattern that would accomodate that chamois well. We also built a tonne of prototypes using various fabrics and played with all the dimensions on every bib short size. It really was a tremendous undertaking but that helped our bib shorts win the 2015 Road.cc People’s Choice Award.(We’re actually horrified you even asked us this! )

  8. Where are your bib shorts made?

    The short answer is ” Europe”. It really is a bit more complicated than that. Our chamois is made in Croatia, the lycra are made in Hungary and finished off in Italy. Our grippers are made in Italy. And the whole bib short is assembled in Romania before being quality checked in Italy. Read more here .

  9. I crashed in my RedWhite bib shorts and tore them. Can I get them fixed?

    We don’t offer a repair service unfortunately. However, we do have a very generous Crash Replacement Programme that our customers (who unfortunately crashed during rides) have taken advantage of. Check it out!
