RedWhite Apparel ships bibshorts and accessories worldwide from our HQ in Singapore in addition to making our bibshorts available for purchase at independent bike retailers worldwide. For purchases made directly at the official RedWhite Webstore, we offer a straightforward Returns Policy that’s listed here.

  1. general returns policy

    Making a return is easy. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it in within 14 days of receiving it and receive an exchange or a full refund.

    Returns are only accepted online for purchases from our Official Webstore. For bibshorts purchased from an authorised Dealer, please contact said Dealer directly.

    All products purchased must be returned to us in “as-new” condition. They must have not been washed or worn and have the original tags attached and be repacked into their original packaging. If you’re unsure about a purchase when you receive it, please keep it in it’s original packaging until you’ve decided whether you’d like to keep it or return it.

  1. EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE

    If the item you received does not fit as well as you’d like, you may return it for your correct size. However, do note that exchanges are only accepted for products that have not been used and are in an “as-new” condition. If in doubt, please wear your new bibshort with clean underwear to check that it fits well and leave the tags attached until you’re sure it fits well.

  2. manufacturing defects / faulty goods

    If your item reaches you with a defect (from either manufacturing or from improper handling by customs), please email to let us know. Send clear images of the defect to us. The item must be returned to us before we can process a refund or send a replacement, so do be patient with us :). 

  3. How to make a return?
