USPS Return Label

**Before purchasing a USPS Return Label, please read our Returns Policy to determine if your bibshort is covered under our Returns Policy.

How to Buy this Label

1. Select the number of bibshorts you are sending back.
2. Select your USPS service (Self Drop-Off at Post Office or Home Collection).
3. Add to Cart & Checkout as normal. Please enter your full name, home address as per your earlier orders with RedWhite Apparel
4. Pay for your label.

What happens after you buy this Label

1. You will receive an email from us with your label. It will be pre-loaded with your name and home address (sender's details) and RedWhite Apparel's return address in Singapore.
2. We will purchase a USPS label for you. Give us 48 hours to do this.
3. Pack up your bibshort and slip in a note with details regarding your order and what you'd like us to do (Refund or Exchange the product).
4. Paste the USPS label on the package, and drop off the package at your nearest USPS Post Office. Your label has a barcode which has to be scanned by a USPS counter staff. Do not post the package at a mailbox, it will be rejected.

How long do Returns take?

1. It takes an average of 10-14 days for a package to reach us from the United States.
2. We check the company PO Box once a week between Wednesday-Friday. Do give us 5-7 days to process your return.
3. Once we've received and processed it, we will issue you a Refund or send you a Replacement bibshort. You need to specify this on the note you include in the package.
