Your order will ship from RedWhite Apparel's 3rd party warehouse located in Singapore. We work closely withStashworkswho stores our products and ships orders worldwide from their warehouse. When you place an order on our website, your order details is sent directly to Stashworks' warehouse. Their staff will pack your order and have it shipped to you using your chosen delivery option.

All RedWhite’s products ship from our warehouse in Singapore. As they do need to enter your country via local Customs, you may be charged custom fees and duties based on your country’s prevailing policies. Import tax & customs duties are not refundable.

RedWhite Apparel's products are competitively priced to keep the cost of your purchase affordable in the event of being taxed.

We do recommend you to check your country’s customs policy and rates before placing an order with us.

For United States Customers : Starting 26 April 2026 at 6:45 PM (GMT+8), prices for the United States now include all tariff taxes — calculated through our integrated tax API with FedEx and DHL Express. This means no surprise charges at the door. (Applies to orders placed after 6:45 PM GMT+8 on 26 April 2026.)"

What taxes can I expect to pay?

Based on our experience shipping parcels worldwide since 2014, here are some tax estimates for you. :

USA (taxes included in listed prices) : Bibshorts from RedWhite, which are Made in Italy, will be subject to a 15% tariff (10% base tariff + 5% processing fee to FedEx / DHL to act as our tax agent) under new 2026 global tariff enacted under Section 122 per the White House's Communication. As of 26th April 2026 (6.45pm GMT +8), prices shown to US customers or to any client who has a bibshort shipped to a US address will include this tariff tax in the listed prices. We will be transmit the collected tax to the couriers who will act as our tax agent at the point of import into the US. You will not be charged any additional fees on your order (for all orders placed after 6.45pm GMT+8, 26th April 2026).
Japan : Our goods are priced below the taxable threshold. You will not incur any Japanese Import tax.
United Kingdom : You will incur UK VAT (20%) on purchases with a value above £15. FedEx will usually send you a note about taxes if you incur them. From experience the tax will be 20% VAT + £12 FedEx handling fee which is charged for collecting and paying taxes on your behalf to UK Customs. For example, if your item is valued at £100, you'll pay an extra £32 in taxes and fees.
Australia : Our goods are priced below the taxable threshold of AU$1000. You will not incur any Australian Import tax or GST unless your purchase exceeds this value. All our current Australian customers enjoy tax free shopping on our website as their purchases are below this threshold.
New Zealand : Our goods are priced below the taxable threshold of NZ$225 (USD 140) and you will not incur custom duties or taxes as long as your purchase value remains below this threshold. Most of our products are priced below this value and all our current New Zealand customers currently enjoy tax free shopping from RedWhite Apparel. Netherlands & Belgium : You will incur import duties and taxes amounting to roughly 40% of the value of your purchase. Taxation is unusually high in Netherlands and Belgium, so do take note of this.
Rest of Eurozone : You may incur VAT and Customs Duty and this rate varies by EU member country. Please budget approximately 30% for any tax and this would be collected by FedEx or UPS upon delivery.
Canada : You may incur Canadian GST/HST. These tax rates vary by province. On average, you can expect to pay a total of 18-25% in tax. There will be a FedEx tax brokerage fee. The total tax should be within the 18-25% of the shipment value with these fees included.
Singapore : Our prices include Singapore Goods & Services Tax. You will not incur any additional tax.
Indonesia : Products valued below US$3 will incur no tax. Products valued above US$3 will incur 15% Import Duty and 10% VAT.
Malaysia : Products valued below RM 500 will incur no tax. Products valued above RM 500 will incur Sales & Services Tax (SST) of 5-10% and Import Duties of 0-25%. Typical total taxes for RedWhite products in Malaysia at value of above RM 500 is 10-15% of package value.
Taiwan : You will incur a 10% merchandise tax and a 5% import tax. Total tax burden will be roughly 15%.
Philippines : Orders valued under PHP 10,000 will not incur any tax. Orders valued above PHP 10,000 will incur a 12% VAT.
Rest of World : Each country has specific import laws. You may or may not be taxed based on your country’s laws. Please check with your country's tax revenue services of with your customs agency.

What if I choose to not pay taxes levied by the courier and my government and reject my package?

RedWhite Apparel only collects taxes at checkout (included in the price) for US customers.

For all other countries, do note that taxes are not included in the listed prices and are collected from you by FedEx / DHL. We expect clients to know their local import laws before choosing to place an order with RedWhite Apparel

You may reject packages if you don't wish to pay taxes and duties on delivery to the courier. However, RedWhite Apparel will incur a shipping fee to have this package returned to our warehouse in Singapore.

Once your packages reaches the warehouse, we will refund your order after deducting this shipping fee. This fee can be high and we will only know the exact amount after your package has been returned.

Many countries require couriers to pay taxes upfront before delivering the package. In these cases, the taxes are not refundable even if the package is rejected. The courier will bill the taxes and duties to RedWhite Apparel and we will charge it to you once your package returns to us. A full accounting of all fees (shipping, duties and taxes) will be given to you. We believe this is an unfair practice by some tax offices, but unfortunately, we have no control over this.

Please take this into mind before choosing to make a purchase from RedWhite Apparel if you live in a country with high import taxes.

What if I have to send my package back to RedWhite's Singapore HQ for a refund? Will the import tax on the original package be refundable?

Taxes and duties are levied by the government on you (the customer) at the point of import. Unfortunately there is no mechanism at the government level to have this tax refunded if you send a package back for an exchange or a refund.

Due to this, any taxes due are payabale and non-refundable even if you do not end up keeping the original package that the tax was levied on.

For the record, we think this is unfair practice but it is an unfortunate reality of the world today.

What if I have to send my package back to RedWhite's Singapore HQ for an exchange to another size / Receive a fresh pair because of a defect with my original purchase? Will I have to pay import taxes again on the replacement?

You will not be taxed on a package we send you for the purposes of a size exchange / replacement for a defective item. The reason is because you did not pay for this additional item and as such, it will have a non-taxable customs value of $0.

Our Website has 3 layers of security for your peace of mind. The 1st layer of security is provided by the encrypted cloud platform on which we host our whole website on. The 2nd layer is provided by a private encryption certificate (SSL Certificate) that RedWhite has invested in. The 3rd layer is provided by the encrypted and secure payment gateway into which you’d input your credit / debit card details. This payment gateway is provided to us by Stripe. RedWhite Apparel will have no access to your credit / debit card details via this system; other than knowing what type of card was used (Master, VISA, Amex etc) and your full name + delivery address.

Orders placed on our website cannot be modified. If you'd like to modify the contents of your order, you do need to send us an email (yuva@redwhite.cc) or send us a message via the Facebook chat on our website. We'll usually help you cancel and refund your order so you could place a new one with all the changes you desire. Do note that we do process and ship orders relatively quickly during weekdays, and it is possible that your order would have shipped. If this is the case, don't worry. Just mail back the package to us and place a new order. We'll refund you once your returned package reaches us. Make a Return.
