First impressions of the shorts was that they came up a little on the snug side. I bought the Large size, the same as my Le Col shorts and these were a little tighter (I like my shorts to give a bit of compression so I decided they were still ok). You also notice the pad is a bit bulkier but I was expecting that.
I've now had the chance to use these shorts on an Audax and two reliability rides, all over 100km and have to say they have extended that discomfort point from around 70km to beyond the length of these rides. These will be first choice for the longer rides this summer.

Wonderful bibs. So comfortable, evened all the little niggling things that made orher bibs uncomfortable. Read the instructions on cleaning, drying etc. - very sensible. Will definitely be getting more!

Ordered and receive two pair in replacement to two pair of "fancy" bibs from another company. I've worn them for longer rides - 2.5 hrs+ or - and some shorter 1.5 hr rides. They are super comfortable and keep my 90kg arse from feeling like jello!

Training for touring so slower speeds, stopping occasionally, wearing bibs most of day traveling but only 6 hrs actually pedaling. There are more expensive premium bibs. I have worn out 3 pair of Specialized Pro type and they are now $170. The premium bibs last a really long time so an average rider like me probably has limited experience with durability comparisons. I will say they are defiantly as comfortable to wear all day as I would expect for a non-athlete pedaling a heavy bike. I am washing them in a laundry bag in the washing machine on cold as suggested and hoping the durability is as good as others have posted. Sizing help was great service! IMO most of the reviews on the inter-web for gear are rarely valid sources for long term use. Has anyone worn these long enough to have throw a pair away?

We have just had a warm weekend so gave these a try out. Not sure that 53 miles counts as long distance, but they were comfortable. Appreciated all the sizing information and the chance to have a recommendation.
