I've been using Redwhite Bibs now for my longer rides and am very happy with them. Really comfortable and I find I'm not shifting in the saddle trying to get myself comfortable on those long rides. I live near the high mountains so my rides are often involving a lot of sustained seated climbs (up to 2hrs at a time) so being able to do these without any saddle discomfort is a must. The pee-break friendly design is great. I find the Y shaped central strap on the front to be comfortable regardless of whether my sports bra is a crop top style of not. It's also very easy to move the back straps apart (just hook your thubs in and seperate the straps, then pull it down over your behind) so nature breaks are easy and all in all it's a great functional design. I prefer this style than other brands which use a clip as it means I don't need to search around the back to try and clip things together!
I was in these bib shorts for a very long day spectating at the Tour de France on the Col du Tourmalet and they held up great for both the ride and spectating as well! I also used the conventional drop tail bib shorts (non 10 yr anniversary edition) to spectate the mountain stage two days before this one with the same great results.
Brought for the long distance adventure of Lands End to John O'Groats in September. So far so good on longer training rides and chamois women specific. The drop tail could be very useful in the wilds of Scotland!!!!
Fit excellent. Hope the chamois retains its firmness. Wash easily and dry quickly, both hand and machine washed as per instructions.

I ordered these on line following a recommendation. I used the opportunity for size advice, which was v quick. (I’m 5’3” and 9 stone, and I chose the medium.). The delivery was efficient and on time. These shorts are the most comfortable I have had and having used them multiple times including a 90 mile ride on a v hot day, I have had no chafing or rubbing. The drop tail is simple and efficient. The bib has a Y shaped front stretchy panel which splits around chest level into 2 shoulder straps that travel down your back to meet the rear of the shorts. These rear shoulder straps are firm, but stretchy, so when you need to you can pop yr thumbs around the back of yr shorts to pull them down. I followed the instructions at home before my first ride, and it’s simple to use. When you’re finished, the stretchy rear straps bring the rear of the shorts back where into place. I will be ordering some winter tights with the same feature. Not cheap, but definitely great quality. Recommended.
I used to wear Rapha classic shorts, but they changed the padding and I found the updated design extremely bulky and uncomfortable. My husband wanted me to try the RedWhite drop tail bib shorts, but I was hesitant because my previous experience with bib shorts was that they were hot in the summer and difficult to deal with in bathroom breaks.
The RedWhite drop tail bib shorts are extremely comfortable in the padding, light weight on the straps, and easy to use for bathroom breaks. I'm so glad I switched to these shorts and have already purchased two additional pair!
I have used my drop tail bibs on short and long rides and they’ve been great for all of it. Feel like a second skin to me. The Y-Shape doesn’t bother me at all, feels like any other bib. The drop tail is a game changer for a nervous pre race pee-er like me. The length of the inseam is on the shorter side. Can and will recommend to anyone!
I have bought and returned many cycling shorts that I ordered online - the pad wasn't the right thickness, sizing wasn't quite right.
I got help with sizing from Yuva and am happy to report these will be my forever brand. The drop tail is the bomb and the pad is perfect for long days in the saddle. Highly recommend!
These are the most comfortable and practical bibs for ladies. The pad is really comfortable without being too bulky and the drop tail feature works a treat -I have just cycled 21 days in France and they were really comfortable over full consecutive days.
Also the service and customer support from Yuva and RedWhite Apparel are spot on -I never write reviews but this was worth making an exception!
I bought these in the hope they would provide me with a comfortable ride during a sportive through the Welsh hills. I'm pleased to say that this was the case, and after 9+ hours in the saddle I suffered no hot spots or chafing at all. A worthwhile investment! These will now be my go to shorts for long rides.
In terms of fit, I would recommend filling in the form so that you are provided with the best size. Mine fit really well, and the length of the short is perfect.
I do many long mileage rides, so was interested to try these out. I’ve worn them three times and about to put them into official rotation. Padding is as good as my best shorts, and the material is a bit lighter, making me look forward to wearing them on hotter days. The drop works well. I would recommend these.
