All RedWhite’s products ship from our HQ in Singapore. As they do need to enter your country via local Customs, you may be charged custom fees and duties based on your country’s prevailing policies. Import tax & customs duties are not refundable unfortunately.
We do recommend you to check your country’s customs policy and rates before placing an order with us.
Based on our experience shipping parcels worldwide since 2014, here are some tax estimates for you :
1) USA : You will not incur any tax for purchased goods with a value below USD $800.
2) Japan :Our goods are priced below the taxable threshold. You will not incur any Japanese Import tax.
3) United Kingdom : You may incur UK VAT & Import Duties. Royal Mail will usually send you a note about taxes if you incur them. From experience the tax will be 20% VAT + £8 Royal Mail handling fee. For example, if your item is valued at £100, you'll pay an extra £28 to Royal Mail. Our prices are kept reasonable and after running the math, your RedWhite purchase would still be competitively priced.
4) Australia : Our goods are priced below the taxable threshold. You will not incur any Australian Import tax or GST.
5)Europe : You may incur VAT & Import Duties. Every EU country has different VAT rates for lycra based sportswear and we unfortunately can't give you an accurate estimate
6)Canada : You may incur Canadian Taxes & Duties.
7)Singapore : Our prices include Singapore Goods & Services Tax. You will not incur any additional tax.
8) APO (Army Post Office) Addresses : You will not incur any tax.
9) Rest of World : Each country has specific import laws. You may or may not be taxed based on your country’s laws.
Our Website has 3 layers of security for your peace of mind. The 1st layer of security is provided by the encrypted cloud platform on which we host our whole website on. The 2nd layer is provided by a private encryption certificate (SSL Certificate) that RedWhite has invested in. The 3rd layer is provided by the encrypted and secure payment gateway into which you’d input your credit / debit card details. This payment gateway is provided to us by Stripe. RedWhite Apparel will have no access to your credit / debit card details via this system; other than knowing what type of card was used (Master, VISA, Amex etc) and your full name + delivery address.
We ship our bibshorts for Free worldwide using DHL’s E-Commerce Service. DHL will provide end-to-end tracking of your parcel and will hand your package to your national postal service (Eg : Royal Mail, USPS, Japan Post etc) for delivery to your home. Your packages will have a tracking number by default and you may track it online or on your national postal service’s website.
Delivery times depend on where you live. Most customers receive their bibshorts in 10-14 working days. If your package is delayed, it’s likely due to customs clearance procedures which can be lengthy in some countries.
For Express Shipping, we use United Parcel Service (UPS). Delivery takes 5-7 working days.
No. We design all our garments from scratch. We started by selecting a suitable chamois and then we designed a bib short pattern that would accomodate that chamois well. We also built a tonne of prototypes using various fabrics and played with all the dimensions on every bib short size. It really was a tremendous undertaking but that helped our bib shorts win the Road.cc People’s Choice Award.

Depending on where you're accessing this website from, you may see an option to choose to display prices in another currency (Euro, Yen, Korean Won etc). This is merely to help you gauge the cost in your local currency and uses live currency data form Google. Your final order will be charged in USD and you will see this reflected at Cart and Checkout prior to payment
Orders placed on our website cannot be modified. If you'd like to modify the contents of your order, you do need to send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or send us a message via the Facebook chat on our website. We'll usually help you cancel and refund your order so you could place a new one with all the changes you desire. Do note that we do process and ship orders relatively quickly during weekdays, and it is possible that your order would have been shipped before and changes would be possible. If this is the case, don't worry. Just mail back the package to our HQ and place a new order. We'll refund you once your returned package reaches us.
