The Cargo Bibshort (Men's)
*This product fits tighter than our regular bibshorts around your hips and upper thighs. Please refer to the sizing chart. It is not unusual to pick a size that is larger than other RedWhite bibshorts. If unsure about size, please email : email@example.com*
The Cargo Bibshort (Men's) is designed to help you ride further than ever before. 4 large pockets allow you to store large quantities of nutrition, inner tubes, tool kits, spare clothing and more. These pockets are made from a tough & stretchy nylon fabric that is snag-resistant.
This bibshort is identical to our popular long-distance bibshorts (The BIB range). The only difference is the inclusion of the 4 cargo pockets. It is perfect for events such as :
- Transcontinental Race
- Race Across America
What can these pockets carry? :
The model in these photos is wearing a size Small Bibshort and is carrying the following items, with room for more :
- Samsung Galaxy S9+ phone (thigh pocket)
- 3 cereal bars, with room for 1 more (thigh pocket)
- Banana & MTB inner tube (lower rear pocket)
- Sleeveless bad-weather gilet (upper rear pocket)

As those bibs are cargo I used them for 390km race. To sit on the bike for 15hours is a pain, but bibs did their job to keep me on comfortable during the race. Also pockets are perfect, I have managed to fit about 50% of my food for this race (gels, bars, bananas and phone).
My height 188cm, weight 76kg, L size is OK, my legs are skinny, leg grippers are not as tight as I want, but no complaints here.
Very good bibs! perfect for long distance with the padding, compression and pocketSSS!!
Elastic leg gripper could be tighter, there is a small gap between leg and gripper when standing up
Hi Vincent, it looks like the bib is a bit too long on you. This explains why the gripper has a gap (gripper appears to fall below the thickest part of your thigh). What's your height, weight and waist size?
this cargo BiB is awesome, not only suitable for long ride where you need to carry quite number of gels and bars, it does fitting my commuting need where you don't want to wear your cycling jersey yet I can carry my phone, cards, key, etc.
Excellent nice and comfortable
Totally enjoying longer rides on the Rw bib shorts more now..
I will never buy another pair of bibs that don't have pockets. Yes, they are definitely snug, follow the advice and size up one. I'm a hair under 5'7", 77kgs mesomorph with beefy legs and the Large was definitely snug the first few wearings. They relax a little and now after a dozen or so rides, they're just the perfect amount of compression. I've worn them for 100+km all day MTB rides and 250+ km gravel adventures, never an issue, the pad is just superb. The pockets are amazing and I really like the stash pockets in the back, perfect for those cooler days that warm up so you can stuff your jacket/arm warmers in there and not ever notice them. Stuff the leg pockets full of gels and snacks and leave the camelbak at home. Now Yuva just needs to make bib tights and thermal bibs with pockets =).
The multi-pockets and mesh allow me to carry items without the hassle of strapping up the saddlebag to the bike. Especially if you have a bike radar strapping to the seat post or saddle. The quality of the stitching, fabric material and mesh is also top-notch and durable. Looking forward to more cycling with my RW bibs.
As soon as I pulled my new bibs on, I could feel the quality immediately. Their first ride was 60km and the chamois felt great. I bought the bibs for all the pockets but ended up with bibs that are so much more than a great pack mule. They do fit very snug, so pay attention to sizing as you will likely want to purchase a size larger than you normally wear. I'll be purchasing more RW bibs!
Keeping TMI to a minimum on rides of more than 15-20 miles my left cheek bone irritation saps my energy and will.
After fittings, new seats and other options I started looking for bib alternatives and found Red White and opted for the cargo bibs.
Although not eliminated, rides of 30-40 miles are now energizing and the cargo pockets are very helpful as I like to ride with compression tops and need the cargo capacity.
In sort, the bibs exceed expectations.
Keep a couple of items in mind.
First, sizing is tight. If with sizing desk help consider next size if you are close from size to size (Yuva consider adding body shape to sizing factors. Pear shape will have a different fit than Vee shape body types within the same bib size)
Second, particularly in warm weather keep in mind that items in the pockets will cut down on air transfer and add a bit more heat.
All being said, the entire procurement process and use of the cargo bibs have exceeded my expectations.
Got the 2xl per recommendation. I’m 5 7 with a big gut. They do fit a bit tight but I like the compression. Legs a bit long but that goes with being short and fat. Love the pockets. Never liked wearing a back pack. Pad is excellent. So far I really like them. Just a matter of how long they last but material seems durable enough for long use
