The Winter Bib Tight with Pad (Men's) is a warm, fleece-backed bib tight for winter. It is recommended for cold weather riding between 0°C - 15°C (32 °F - 60°F). This winter bib tight uses a fleece-backed lycra that is made using hollow yarns. These yarns create an air-based insulation layer that is lightweight and warmThis Winter Bib Tight uses  the same long-distance chamois in our popular long distance bib shorts.

It comes with ankle zippers (locks in place and doesn't move) that makes this bib tight easy to slip on and off. The leg opening is hemmed with a strip of silicone that prevents them from creeping up during a ride.

A strip of reflective material at the zipper adds a touch of visibility.

About this Thermal Fabric :

We took care in choosing a thermal fabric that makes this winter bib tight a joy to use on your cold rides. The fabric has a wide operational temperature range, making it versatile. This fabric has the following features :

  • Recommended for temperatures between 0°C - 15°C (32 °F - 60°F)**
  • Hydrophobic Treatment - repels light rain & road spray
  • Brushed Inner Fleece for soft on-skin feel
  • Piling-Resistant
  • Contains Hollow Yarns - uses the thermal properties of air to insulate you against the cold while remaining lightweight, like a polar bear's fur
  • Polyamide on the outside of the fabric and polyester on the inside against the skin allows sweat to evaporate. Polyester yarn has a low hygroscopicity, that absorbs little water, while the polyamide yarn has a hygroscopicity that’s 3x higher. The difference of hygroscopicity between the two fibres quickly transports moisture to the outside of the fabric. Your body stays dry and comfortable
Available in 2 Inseam Lengths:

This winter bib tight is available in 2 inseam lengths - Regular & 4" Shorter Inseam. The 4" Shorter inseam version is a Regular Length with 4" taken off the legs. It's tailored for riders who need bibshorts with shorter legs.

For example : A 180 lbs (81kg) rider who is 5 foot 6" would need a size XL or 2XL for his girth. However, the size XL (Regular) or 2XL (Regular) will be too long for him. He will need the size XL (4" Shorter Inseam) or size 2XL (4" Shorter Inseam) for his 5 foot 6" height.

Outstanding quality, comfort & fit. Sizing service from Yuva make purchase simple & straightforward.

I’ve struggled to find winter bibs to fit me my entire cycling life & always resorted to knee or leg warmers and then winter tights on top, but after using the sizing service it was a hassle & risk free option. So glad I did, these bibs are without doubt the most comfortable winter bibs I have ever worn & I am comparing them to Rapha, Assos, Castelli etc, they fit so comfortably from the outset, the shoulder straps stretch & stay in place but are so soft & grippy without digging in anywhere, the pad sits perfectly & supports exactly where it should, the denser than normal pad gives comfort to the perineum but doesn’t feel bulky or too thick, it’s perfectly engineered. Worn on a few winter rides & all rides have been barely above freezing, around 5 degrees in shitty UK winter weather. The fleece lining seems to hold warm air around your skin & keep you comfortably warm but not sweaty, again perfect design & engineering. Sadly I had a nasty crash on fast downhill on spilled diesel a few days ago and slid some distance & amazingly the bibs survived relatively unscathed but I then found out Yuva does a 50% discount on crash damage.

For sizing if it helps, I am 5’9”, 67.5kg with a short 29” inside leg. I bought the summer bib in medium/standard as advised & they fit perfectly, so I ordered the medium/short inseam in the winter bib, however it was incredibly tight & I couldn’t get the leg up my calves (but note I have weirdly massive calve muscles). So I exchanged for the large normal which fit perfectly, if I’m being really picky maybe 1cm too long in the leg but I have really short legs so that’s not a problem at all & in no way detracts from these outstanding bibs.

I do around 8,000 miles per year & struggled to find a pad that’d last, in 2026 I went through four pairs of Rapha Core Bibs & after first few rides in RedWhite I have no doubt they’ll outlast & out comfort anything else on the market. As I say outstanding quality, design, manufacturing & service, thanks Yuva.

    Excellent winter bib tights

I purchased the Winter Bib Tight with Pad (Men’s) for my husband, and he absolutely loves it. The fit is comfortable yet supportive, and the padding is well-designed for longer rides without feeling bulky. The fabric is warm without overheating, making it perfect for cold-weather cycling, and the bib design stays securely in place throughout the ride. He’s mentioned how comfortable it feels even after extended use, and the overall quality is excellent. This has quickly become his go-to winter cycling bib. Highly recommend for anyone riding in cooler temperatures.

Thank you so much for the generous review and for ordering my bib tights for your husband :)

    Excellent Bib Tights

I purchased two pairs of "The Bib" to ride the 1000 miles from Land's End to John O'Groats and they performed excellently - no hint of the saddle sores I often experience with other bib shorts. So when winter loomed, I ordered a pair of Winter Bib Tights and I wasn't disappointed. High quality, warm, comfortable and with the all important ultra comfy pad. Highly recommended, but make sure you use the sizing advice service. At 1.75m/5'9" and 73kg/11.5 stone, I assumed I would need a medium/short, but I was advised to order a large/regular and that is spot on for me. I have a couple of minor criticisms - I don't like the stitched on round logo on the thigh - it has a tendency to catch on things and just says "RW" - "Red White" across the rear would be a better advert for the product. Also the ankle cuffs are quite tight and are difficult to wear over the overshoes which are essential in the depths of a UK winter. But I'm nitpicking, overall I'm very pleased with my bib tights.

Hi Iain, we discussed your size at length since you used to wear L before your weight loss. The data points you to M based on your lower 73kg weight and 96cm glutes, but we ended up going with L again in the new winter tights since you continued to wear the older size Ls without problems. I think you can size down to M in future for the bibs. Regarding the ankle cuff, I designed them to be worn over a thin pair of merino socks and overshoes are meant to go over them. The overshoes are the primary protective layer and meant to sit over your clothing. In this case - the winter tight's ankle cuffs.

    High Expectations

Already owning three pairs of excellent Red White bib shorts I had very high expectations for the tights version. I have used them in light rain and on rides with temperatures ranged from -3 to 10 degrees Celsius with distance up to 40 miles.
So, what are they like and did they meet my expectations. They didn’t meet my high expectations they exceeded them! Very well made, very comfortable and warm in all conditions; an excellent piece of kit that I very much recommend to other cyclists who went to ride through out the year.

    Warm and comfortable

I have been using RedWhite cargo bibs for some time and recently decided to try their winter bib. After confirming the correct size with Yuva, I purchased a Medium. It is one of the best bib purchases I have ever made; they are very warm and comfortable. I have cycled in 2°C weather in the UK and didn’t even need leg warmers with these winter bib shorts—the brushed inner fleece feels lush on the skin.

    Excellent product and superb service

I’m very pleased with these winter bib tights! They’re warm, comfortable, and the cushioning for longer rides delivers all the comfort that is promised in the advert. The fit is spot-on ( I am 176cm tall , weigh 70kg and bought size Medium) and perfect for those long cold-weather rides.
I also want to give a big thank you to Yuva for very the prompt and helpful service I received when the original pair dispatched to me went missing in transit. Everything was sorted out quickly and professionally, and I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly it was handled.
I highly recommend both the product and the customer service!

Love the short bibs- but winter bibs run tight for me.

I have purchased 2 pair of the short bibs and each pair were 3x .I love them ! I purchased the 3x winter bibs and I couldn’t get my them over my calves . I let a friend try them on and they didn’t fit him either. I’m hoping to get them back this weekend. I was hoping to return them. I did buy the 4x in the meantime. They fit but snug. As I stated before I happy with the short bibs and will purchase another pair this spring. Bob the full figured rider 🤪

    Another superior product

I've been buying RedWhite bid shorts and tights for a number of years and I am continually happy with them; they are a quality product at a reasonable price. In the past, I've purchased mediums, but this time I went for large for my most recent tights and fit is better, especially for long rides. Since I've been buying these, my weight as flucuated between 163 to 168 lbs, with 166 lbs being the usual. I'm 5' 9 inches and the circumference of my glutes is 40 inches. The comfort and durablity of RedWhite Bids has exceeded all other brands that I've worn and I'll continue to buy them.
