The Winter Bib Tight (Men's) with Pad is a warm, fleece-backed bib tight for winter. It is recommended for cold weather riding between 0°C - 15°C (32 °F - 60°F) . This winter bib tight uses a fleece-backed lycra that is made using hollow yarns. These yarns create an air-based insulation layer that is lightweight and warmThis Winter Bib Tight uses the same chamois from our long-distance bibshorts.

The legs are long to cover your ankles. It comes with ankle zippers (locks in place and doesn't move) that makes this bib tight easy to slip on and off. The leg opening is hemmed with a strip of silicone that prevents them from creeping up during a ride.

A strip of reflective material at the zipper adds a touch of visibility.

About this Thermal Fabric :

We took care in choosing a thermal fabric that makes this bib-tight a joy to use on your cold rides. The fabric has a wide operational temperature range, making it versatile. This fabric has the following features :

  • Recommended for temperatures between 0°C - 15°C (32 °F - 60°F)**
  • Hydrophobic Treatment - repels light rain & road spray
  • Brushed Inner Fleece for soft on-skin feel
  • Piling-Resistant
  • Contains Hollow Yarns - uses the thermal properties of air to insulate you against the cold while remaining lightweight, like a polar bear's fur
  • Polyamide on the outside of the fabric and polyester on the inside against the skin allows sweat to evaporate. Polyester yarn has a low hygroscopicity, that absorbs little water, while the polyamide yarn has a hygroscopicity that’s 3x higher. The difference of hygroscopicity between the two fibres quickly transports moisture to the outside of the fabric. Your body stays dry and comfortable

    Excellent Quality Winter bibs !

I really like these winter bibs- the comfort in the padding is exceptional, and they manage to keep you warm while not being too bulky- the lining is lightweight but very effective.
I usually ride 100 + miles a week (weather permitting) and these bibs seem like they can keep up. Customer service is unparalleled - communication was prompt and shipping was fast. I highly recommend theses bibs, and I am looking forward to getting a pair for the summer months. I am 5"7 and 165 lbs and size L fits well.

    Warm but somehow breathable

I live in Texas and so I don't often have to ride in temperatures below 50F, but I do need at least one full-length option for cold weather. I had been using some very old tights and also had a pair of thermal bib shorts from another company that I complemented with some thermal leggings. Both of these options left me feeling stiflingly hot unless it was truly frigid out.

When these RedWhite bibs arrived, I saw the thick, red fleece on the inside and thought that I'd almost never need that much warmth, but they are GREAT. I have worn them in the 30s, 40s, and even low 50s and I never felt like I needed to pull off and yank down my drawers to ventilate the nether-regions ;-) They breathe yet, somehow, also keep me warm.

I also have several pairs of the "flagship" bibs and wear RedWhites on almost all of my outdoor road rides because they are so much more comfortable than anything else I've ridden in. I can also vouch for the amazing customer service you get from Yuva, the man in charge.

Hi Lucas, the fabric I chose is rated for 32F to 60F. It's truly a remarkable material and a lot of engineering and research went into producing it by the supplier. It's got hollow yarns in the insulating layer which uses air pockets to create a light and efficient insulating layer.

    Very comfortable

The winter bibs are very comfortable. I have not used them often due to living in a warmer climate. Used them recently on an 80 mile ride and have no complaints. Padding was good. No pain. Very comfortable. I purchased XL based on the suggested measurements. I’m 5’11 and 175 lbs. They are slight big but barely noticeable. My next set of RW bibs will be size L. I personally like them tighter. But overall very happy with the product.

Hi Troy, yes you can go down to a size L. Why don't I offer a replacement at half price since you inadvertently bought a size too big? Email me at : yuva@redwhite.cc

    THE WINTER BIB TIGHTS

I highly recommend these winter bib tights. Did a 100k ride in 50 degrees F , let me say bib did not disappoint. Kept me warm and chamois very comfortable. I’m 6 foot 1 and 215 Lbs 2XL fit perfect.

    Rando/audax thumbs up

My first pair of full-length bib tights, and they're very good. Ridden them once, in great comfort. Warm enough for chilly, drizzly descents in Northern California, but not too stifling when it wasn't cold or windy. Fleecy red lining, and a great chamois for all day/night riding, like the Stealth and Thermal RW bibs that I have relied on for 4 years.

    Bib Received.

I have only worn my bibs twice since receiving them, however I must say I have already reached the conclusion they are absolutely excellent and without doubt the best I have used.. I have already recommended them to a number of my friends. Given the bibs are very tight fitting, my recommendation is to purchase one size larger than your usual size.

Initially I did need to return the bibs because they were one size too small, but exchange was managed very professionally and adjusted sized was returned to me a promptly as possible..

    Very happy/

    Best winter bibs ever

Why haven’t I used these before? I have been cycling with the normal summer shorts from RedWhite for years and they are the best value for money. The winter longs are just as good. Perfect for Melbourne winters especially when the windchill is not your friend. Will definitely get a second pair.

I always tell customers that the Winter Bib Tights are underrated. A lot of thought went into making them feel like warmer and longer versions of the popular bib shorts. Really happy you like them :)

    Very comfortable

I have a few pairs of the summer red white bibs and these have the same comfort feel. They are quite warm so you may need to be aware of overheating if you're pushing hard on a ride. The thermal coverage goes up into the body part of the bibs. I am using them for winter commuting and they really help my motivation to take the bike rather than car to work on the cooler mornings. My commute is about 45 min and I am getting warm near the end of the ride if pushing hard. Cruising they keep me toasty without overheating.

    My go-to

My RedWhite bib shorts and winter bib tights have become my go-to for all my rides. The quality is outstanding and is only outdone by the exceptional customer service offered by YUVA and his team. I heartily recommend RedWhite apparel for anyone who cares about quality, comfort, and value.

    As advertised - amazing.

I have been wearing these bibs during the Canadian winters, between zero to 13 degrees Celsius and had a chance to ride them in infamous Paris to Ancaster Gravel race. They have held up to whatever has been thrown their way. The bibs are very comfortable and you don't really feel them. I did have the rare pinch following some hike and bike around my hips, but it's not a major concern and the quality of the bib and compression makes up for it.
The material is excellent and you never feel too hot or too cold. I'm glad I bought them and feel confident riding with them - just wondering if you would be making a cargo version?
