The Cargo Winter Bib Tight with Pad (Men's) is a cargo version of our Winter Bib Tight with Pad. 4 large pockets allow you to store large quantities of nutrition, inner tubes, tool kits, spare clothing and more. These pockets are made from a tough and stretchy nylon fabric that is snag-resistant.

We recommend using this cargo winter bib tight in temperatures between 0°C - 15°C (32  °F - 60°F). This winter bib tight uses a fleece-backed lycra that is made using hollow yarns. These yarns create an air-based insulation layer that is lightweight and warmThis Cargo Winter Bib Tight uses the same long-distance chamois in our popular long distance bib shorts.

It comes with ankle zippers (locks in place and doesn't move) that makes this bib tight easy to slip on and off. The leg opening is hemmed with a strip of silicone that prevents them from creeping up during a ride.

A strip of reflective material at the zipper adds a touch of visibility.

About this Thermal Fabric :

We took care in choosing a thermal fabric that makes this winter bib tight a joy to use on your cold rides. The fabric has a wide operational temperature range, making it versatile. This fabric has the following features :

  • Recommended for temperatures between 0°C - 15°C (32  °F - 60°F)**
  • Hydrophobic Treatment - repels light rain & road spray
  • Brushed Inner Fleece for soft on-skin feel
  • Piling-Resistant
  • Contains Hollow Yarns - uses the thermal properties of air to insulate you against the cold while remaining lightweight, like a polar bear's fur
  • Polyamide on the outside of the fabric and polyester on the inside against the skin allows sweat to evaporate. Polyester yarn has a low hygroscopicity, that absorbs little water, while the polyamide yarn has a hygroscopicity that’s 3x higher. The difference of hygroscopicity between the two fibres quickly transports moisture to the outside of the fabric. Your body stays dry and comfortable
What can these pockets carry? :

The model in these photos is 6 foot 1 inch, 40" Hip & Glute circumference, weighs 182 lbs. He is wearing a size XL (Regular) and is carrying the following items, with room for more :

  • Large smart phone & 1 Gel with room for 2 more (thigh pocket)
  • 4 Gels
  • Banana & 1 inner tube (lower rear pocket)
  • Pump, Tyre Levers & 1 inner tube (upper rear pocket)
Available in 2 Inseam Lengths:

This winter bib tight is available in 2 inseam lengths - Regular & 4" Shorter Inseam. The 4" Shorter inseam version is a Regular Length with 4" taken off the legs. It's tailored for riders who need bibshorts with shorter legs.

For example : A 180 lbs (81kg) rider who is 5 foot 6" would need a size XL or 2XL for his girth. However, the size XL (Regular) or 2XL (Regular) will be too long for him. He will need the size XL (4" Shorter Inseam) or size 2XL (4" Shorter Inseam) for his 5 foot 6" height.

    Shorter length fits perfectly

I was in between sizes for the shorter length winter cargo bib. Yuva provided excellent customer service by allowing to exchange for a Large when the medium was a little too short.

    My winter go to bib

Over the years I have experienced multiple brands of cycling clothes and although some were really good no one beats this bib in versatility and cost benefit ratio.

    Fantastic winter bib!

Greatly appreciate all the customer service with the sizing assistance, and the winter bib itself is amazing! The chamois is great and the material is really comfortable - just finished a 41-mile ride in windy 50⁰F without any discomfort. The pockets are really stretchy and roomy - no worries at all about my wallet falling out. I was initially concerned about the ankle zippers but I never felt them at all once I was all kitted up.

    My go to bibs

Red Whites are my go to bibs, it’s that simple. I have had other bibs and padded shorts, but Red Whites are my favorite.

Great bibs for the price will be buying again!

Absolutely chuffed with these. Size advice was spot on, although for the deep winter in Scotland I’d probably get a size up for a base layer if riding sub zero. Pockets are well placed and generously sized, if I was being picky I might change the two back pockets to side by side (split vertically) rather than one atop the other.
Shoulder yolk is wide, soft and comfortable, and doesn’t move about while riding, at least not on my shoulders.
As yet I’ve done about 130k on these so I can’t speak to the durability of the fabric but seams are well stitched and water repellency seems up to scratch.

Over all very happy, and will probably be buying again. Thanks!

    Pockets!

Love the pockets. I like having my phone in the front pocket for easy access. The fit is a little tight, not so much to require a larger size but they are snug.

    Winter cargos.

I've only been able to ride in these twice since I've received them. Both rides were in the low 30s. I was amazed at how warm these bibs are. And the fleece on the inside make these the most comfortable bibs I own. I'm also glad i ordered them with the pockets because you don't even notice them until you put something inside of them. You also couldn't ask for a better fitting bib. I now have three different sets of Red and White bibs. All of them of the highest quality. Thank you, Yuva. I really think you should branch out to making gloves and shoe covers.

    Stay Toasty and Ride Long

These cold-weather bib pants have become my go-to gear for conquering chilly commutes and long-distance adventures. From the first pedal stroke, I was impressed by the flawless fit. They hug close without feeling restrictive, offering total freedom of movement.

The comfort factor goes beyond the fit. The fabric is surprisingly soft and breathable, keeping me warm without overheating. I even braved a light drizzle without feeling damp, thanks to these. Plus, the chamois is a dream come true on long rides, providing ample support and cushioning wherever I needed it most.

Speaking of features, the pockets are a game-changer! No more fumbling for snacks or essentials with these strategically placed and easily accessible pouches. They kept my phone, keys, and gels secure mile after mile.

Finally, I have to give a shout-out to the company's fantastic customer service. When I was unsure about sizing, their team went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit. Thanks to their guidance, I can now say these bib pants are an absolute win-win!

Thank you for the very kind review Rev. I'm really happy you like them :)

THE CARGO WINTER BIB TIGHT WITH POCKETS

Overall really like these books bibs. Although the sizing is off as in the US, I’m a XL and these are 4XL. I certainly hope I’m not that huge.😜

Hi Kirk, my bibs do run tighter than most US brands because they're italian race cut. At 6 foot 1, 235 lbs and 45' in the glutes, the 4XL for Cargo Bibs are the right size. I'd take size lables in the cycling clothing industry with a pinch of salt as they aren't standardized. You should always check your body's measurements against every brand's size charts rather than simply going off the size label. One brand's XL could be another brand's 4XL depending on how tightly / loosely the garment is cut.
